Kathryn Dallimore is a contemporary artist who works predominantly in sculpture, and painting.
Kathryn completed her BFA at UNSW Art and Design in Sydney where she graduated with distinction in 2014.
Since then, Kathryn has had a solo exhibition in March 2016 at Residencia Corazon Gallery, in La Plata, Argentina. The exhibition, titled 'Fluorescent Dreams' investigates the materiality of the synthetic and whether a profound beauty and liveliness exists within these materials.
More recently, Kathryn exhibited at the Moonah Arts Centre in Hobart, Tasmania, in the group show Dust with her series titled 'Psychic wounding'. This body of work reflects the close relationship the human psyche has with visual art and how artworks speak to us of our traumas.
Kathryn currently lives and works in Melbourne.
